A trained and licensed Norm's Heating home comfort specialist will visit your home to conduct a survey that evaluates your home's unique setting and characteristics and takes into account your lifestyle, comfort preferences, budget and other variables. Based on this survey, the Norm's Heating will help you select the best system for your specific needs. The We will then provide a written estimate so you understand all the components in your system and how they work together.
2. Professional Installation
As a licensed, insured Trane specialist, Norm's Heating will obtain all necessary permits and licenses, deliver and install your new home comfort system and thoroughly clean the job site after installation is complete. Norm's specialists even haul away your old heating and cooling components and disposes of them in a responsible manner. Finally, we conducts a 33-point quality audit to make sure you know how to operate your new system and that it's working exactly as it should.
3. Follow Up
When the installation is complete, we'll contact you to make sure you're completely satisfied. The Home Depot stands behind the service you receive. If you have questions or concerns about your new system, we'll arrange for the Norm's specialist to come to your home again and address them.
